Position Title: Corporate Finance Manager
Location: GOCO Hospitality, Bangkok, Thailand
Job Type: Full-time

Overview:

As the Corporate Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the corporate office, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, managing billing, accounts payable and receivable, maintaining compliance with the relevant taxation jurisdictions, and supporting the corporate’s financial objectives through strategic planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Corporate Finance Director with workflow process improvement and pursuing special projects
  • Oversee the full set of accounts, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), month-end closing, and bank transactions.
  • Prepare, review, and report on management accounts, consolidated financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for top management.
  • Conduct month-end reconciliations and ensure compliance with tax reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead financial planning, business analysis, budget control, and cash flow management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and handle company secretary duties, including regulatory filings.
  • Following proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives
  • Monitoring and analyzing financial accounting data
  • Making recommendations to business stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Finance / Accounting or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ managerial level experience in international companies
  • Candidates with CPD or equivalent is preferred
  • Experiences in Thailand tax filing
  • Proficient in accounting software (preferably QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to multi-task
  • Good leadership skills, independent, proactive
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English and Thai, with excellent grammar and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
