MGM Hospitality selected GOCO Hospitality to support the development of the SHO Spa at the Diaoyutai MGM Hanzhou, which was planned for the newly developed waterfront business district in Qian Jiang New City. In-depth market research and financial planning provided MGM Hospitality with vital information they needed to make strategic business decisions. GOCO Hospitality also used the information gathered to guide the formulation of the overall spa brand and concept to give SHO the greatest chance of meeting the demands of the key target guests. GOCO Hospitality’s design team provided technical design services for SHO. The spa was designed to cover 2,700 m2 and include a signature MGM thermal bathing area, luxury spa suites, a fitness area, an express treatment area, a barber and a beauty salon.
