GOCO Hospitality was engaged by Ayodya Bali Resort to prepare a concept for the development of a Wellness Hub of approximately 4,725 square meters located within the Ayodya Bali Resort in Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia.
By introducing a comprehensive wellness program offering, Ayodya Bali Resort gains the opportunity to extend the average length of stay, build guest loyalty, attract non-resident guests, and broaden its existing customer base by attracting a new segment of guests. As wellness resorts tend to be less affected by destination seasonality, introducing the recommended wellness programs would allow the resort to draw longer stays and increase weekday occupancy throughout the year.
