As a leading international spa and wellness consultant, GOCO Hospitality was hired to advise on the creation of a 2,500 m² spa and wellness centre at Dusit Devarana Hot Springs Resort & Spa that was planned to be located in the scenic town of Feilaixia in Qingyuan City in an area known as the ‘Little Three Gorges’. GOCO Hospitality conducted a market and competitive analysis to determine opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage in order to gain greater market share and long-term growth. The concept developed by GOCO Hospitality provided the spa with a brand positioning strategy, a unique service platform and key unique selling points. GOCO Hospitality’s design team developed the overall look and feel and space planning for the wellness centre.
