GOCO Hospitality has been engaged to conduct market research and create a concept strategy for The Seraphim Urban Wellness Resort. The aim is to create a wellness-focused development that successfully synergizes the site’s existing landscape, surrounding urban context, adjacent golf course and residential villa development, with the addition of a comprehensive selection of new and innovative opportunities.
